A cocoa and milk stout, with elegant notes of roasted barley, coffee, and bittersweet chocolate.
Oronoko: The name of our local township. When spelled Orinoco: A type of cocoa that comes from the Orinoco River Basin in Central America, and the chocolate that is used in this stout. Contains lactose (milk sugar). Creamy mouthfeel from the the nitrogen. Reminiscent of lightly roasted coffee finishes with a definitive gourmet chocolate flavor.
