Beer Description
Brewed with Cashmere, Ekuanot, and a bit of Centennial in the kettle and then fermented with a few fruit-forward Saccharomyces strains before bottling with our mixed culture, so it ends up with a little bit of tartness and Brett character over time, but is focused more on the hops in the first 6 months or so. We also dry hop it with a bit of Cashmere and Ekuanot.
