Beer Description
Prohibition era hard cider recipe. We recreated a classic Western New York recipe from the 1920’s. Using a dry, wild fermented cider, we aged the cider in Kentucky barrels resulting in a robust dry cider with interesting finishes. Many good things came out of the prohibition area including this style of hard cider! Small batch production.
