Beer Description
Brewed with Hallertauer Saphir hops. Hellerbock Saphir is frozen for about two weeks. Ice removed, then dry hopped with Hallertauer Saphir hops for about six weeks. (This is different from traditional eisbocks, of course, which usually aren’t hopped after ice removal). Kegged after that.
