Beer Description
Tart Ale with Pink Guava, Black Currant, Vanilla Beans, and Milk Sugar. The focus on this beer is definitely the guava, with the black currant adding depth of flavor and intensifying the color to a beautiful purple/hot pink. The lactose added a nice mid-palate weight while the vanilla helps bridge the flavors of the two fruits without being in your face. The result is a delicious, pillowy tart ale with flavor for days!
