Beer Description
Our kolsch is delicate and oh so drinkable with a dry and crisp finish.
Brewed with a simple grist of German pilsner and pale wheat malts, then hopped with our German favs hallertau hersbrucker & perle hops, and fermented nice and cool with our preferred top cropper from Cologne. Lastly, we lagered our kolsch for over 4 weeks. Our kolsch is delicate and oh so drinkable with a dry and crisp finish.
