Beginning as our “Cask 200”, Solera-style Saison (its age nearly matching Jon’s seven year tenure) the beer was then transferred to both @venusspirits Agave barrels and @frederiksdalcherrywine barrels & later blended.
Dear Jon Letter” is a tribute to our head brewer, Jon Drinnan, on his final day here with us at SARA. Beginning as our “Cask 200”, Solera-style Saison (its age nearly matching Jon’s seven year tenure) the beer was then transferred to both @venusspirits Agave barrels and @frederiksdalcherrywine barrels and later blended. The result is a complex and special offering that speaks to Jon’s unique maturation and talent.
