Beer Description
On the river, if you are not exactly sure where you are going, it is often wise to get out of your boat and “scout” the rapids that lie ahead. Sometimes the path is clear, and other times it takes a while to piece together the best route. Hops, likewise, can present challenges, and our “Hop Scout” series uses new hop varieties and processes to learn as much as we can before we jump in and charge ahead. We hope you enjoy the result as much as we enjoy crafting these novel beers!
