Beer Description
Single varietal bittersweet sparkling apple cider. Barrel-aged and fermented. A blend of different Ellis Bitter barrels that explores depth by mixing macerations ranging from 1 hour to 8 days, and yields a rich cider. Tart, apple aroma and pleasant acidity. Wild fermented, raw, unfined and unfiltered. Serve at room temperature in a wine glass.
