For each batch in our Leaves of Grass series, we employ uniquely different processes and ingredients. This particular FarmsteadĀ® ale was brewed with organic barley, organic oats, organic spelt. After aging in an oak puncheon, it was further conditioned with northern kiwi fruit from the 2019 harvest season grown by Elmore Roots in nearby Elmore, Vt.
