Beer Description
This blonde ale mimics the perfect decadence of a pineapple upside down cake with sweet pineapple, tart cherry, and a rich cake base. Vanilla and lactose balance all these sweet, rich flavors and make you think you’re drinking a real piece of cake. Brewed in Collaboration with “The Cannoli Guy” Steve Del Gardo, a portion of the proceeds benefit the Karen Wellington Foundation.
