Combining two very familiar flavors – mint and chocolate – into a big, bold, bourbon barrel-aged stout. We used dried mint in the whirlpool and pure liquid cacao post-barrel, which blend with the oak, vanilla, and bourbon characteristics found in our bourbon casks.
