HenHouse Native Land

This beer is our part in the nationwide collaboration spearheaded by our amazing friends Shyla and Missy from Bow & Arrow Brewing Co! Native Land IPA is a delicious Hazy IPA brewed to acknowledge the contributions and history of Native American People in the United States. No matter where you come from you have a responsibility to know where you stand. Our brewery sits on the ancestral lands of the Southern Pomo and Coast Mimok people. Land acknowledgements, like the ones associated with each release of this incredible beer, are one way we can engage the history that has brought us to wherever it is we work and reside. These acknowledgments ask those who offer them and those who hear them to seek to understand ourselves within a colonial context that continues today. We hope that our contribution to this amazing project and the related donation to @fndi303’s California Tribal Fund, will be received in the spirit of honoring and protecting the history and people of this place.
