A mixed culture sour brewed with apricots, almonds + orange blossom. A slightly sour (dare we say, tart?) quaffable patio pounder that is perfect for the spring/summer months. Loaded w/ 200lbs of Apricots and complemented with the multitude of complexity of our house cultured brettanomyces strains and lactobacillus. Tart, smooth & Dry.
