Beer Description
Starting with a classic Rauchbier lager foundation, packed with beechwood and applewood smoked barley, this beer was then spiced with homegrown Sugar Rush Peach peppers, and hopped using Sabro hops, adding a fruity tropical funk. Finally, the beer was lautered through a “Kuurna”, a hand-hewn log packed with Minnesota juniper, a method traditionally used in old world Finnish farmhouse brewing.
