Beer Description
Had to catch a cab back from the lab with our buds and equilibrium brewing from Middletown in the Hudson valley of new york. We did some mind melding to intertwine our respective approaches to hop processes & brewing larger ipas and this is where we landed. Extremely oil Rich additions of citra & Idaho 7 cryo in the whirlpool & multiple additions/forms of strata, mosaic & Australian Galaxy. Per our initial hypothesis, this shit turned out fire.
