Beer Description
T01 pays homage to the lovely, tart and fruited yogurt kettle sours native to the state of Santa Catarina in Brazil. A stronger Berliner Weisse, we brew ours with delicious Sugar Creek White Wheat, Red Wheat & Pilsner Malt. We ferment with our favorite house ale yeast. Our special lactobacillus culture adds a well rounded and pleasantly tart acidity. We finish with juicy pink guava and prickly pear for tropical flavor and depth. On the nose it’s lively and fresh with lovely floral aromatics of lime. In simpler terms- it’s delicious and the perfect gateway into sour beer.
