Only available to the NY market The Barrel House, Emotional Haircut is a 3-year blend of spontaneous beer (Méthode Traditionnelle with 100% Colorado ingredients) aged on White Peaches in ex-Ruby Port Rye Whiskey Barrels. Naturally conditioned with wildflower honey and clocking in at 7.5% alc. by vol., the resulting beer showcases aromas of baked peaches, freshly split Bourbon Vanilla Beans, and pressed red berries, with a poignant effervescence and restrained acidity
