Beer Description
This West Coast IPA differs from other IPAs in that the malt backbone is present only to offer a smooth transition from the aggressive hop flavor to the onset of a nice lingering bitter finish. HopJack is dry hopped twice with Cascade, Centennial, & Simcoe then “filtered” through our hopjack full of whole-leaf Cascade & Simcoe hops.
