Beer Description
This is the first beer made with a new cultivar called Pink from Jackson Hop Farm in Idaho (the same breeder as Idaho 7). The hop has intense notes of ring pop and bubble gum with a soft resinous bite that keeps the flavor from becoming too muted. Super interesting and a hop I think will pair great with something like Strata or as a replacement for El Dorado. Malt is from Blue Ox in Maine
