MollyWhop is our seasonal Irish Red Ale brewed as always with authentic ingredients, as is the Urban Forest way. We combine Irish Ale Yeast, Irish Malted Barley from the Malting Company of Ireland, Traditional Hops, and a water profile built up from Reverse Osmosis with precise mineral additions to mimic the waters of Dublin. MollyWhap pours a rich Auburn Red capped in White Foam with big Malty flavors of Biscuit, Toffee and Honey balanced by Earthy and Floral hops, all ending with a clean and crisp medium-dry finish.
