Beer Description
This riff on a Belgian-Style Tripel uses Azacca hops in the whirlpool to add a fruity characteristic that plays off the spicy, clove, and banana flavors from the Belgian yeast. The folks in our neighborhood have a special relationship with this 9.5% ABV Ale, which shares the former name of the Riverwest Neighborhood, Zagora.
