Blend of 1, 2, and 3 year old lambic. Oude Geuze, traditional blend of self-brewed spontaneous fermentation lambics. Unfiltered blend of different vintages, not pasteurized. Note: earlier batches may have contained 4 year non Lambiek Fabriek old lambic instead of 3 year old lambic.
