We used a similar hop bill consisting of Columbus for a small balanced bitter charge and then dose this one heavy with Citra, Citra Cryo and Strata in both the WP and Double Dry Hop. We use a touch of lactose to meld the flavors together and add a little extra oomf to the already super creamy mouth feel.
