Beer Description
West Coast Pilsner – An Admiral base hopped with whole cone cascade in the mash, whirlpooled with motueka. Then dry-hopped with Simcoe Cryo, Nelson, and Motueka. We tried a new technique (to us) for dry-hopping. We dry hopped under pressure after the beer was completely terminal and soft crashed. Great bright aroma and highly crushable.
