Beer Description
Building on our base Gose recipe, we brewed this Gose with 50% of the grain bill being malted wheat then added 440lbs of Blackberries during fermentation. Dominant flavors of Blackberries, but also include a delicate lemon sourness, a herbal characteristic, and saltiness from Hawaiian sea salt
