Doctor Capt’n Sweet Red, a.k.a. Assistant Brewer Sean Guidera, has been an invaluable addition to the HCB squad. Beyond his Internet video stardom, he’s actually damned good at what he does, and he’s an interesting fellow taboot.
How interesting, you ask? He thought we should make a pine needle beer. And where would we get the pine needles? From Capt’n’s favorite patch of trees of course.
