Beer Description
Natural Monument is sculpted with a split bill of Admiral Maltings Feldblume and Pilsner malts complemented by a dash of floor-malted corn. Singularly hopped in the kettle with Oregon-grown Crystal hops and enhanced in the whirlpool
Natural Monument is sculpted with a split bill of Admiral Maltings Feldblume and Pilsner malts complemented by a dash of floor-malted corn. Singularly hopped in the kettle with Oregon-grown Crystal hops and enhanced in the whirlpool with a heady dose of Strata – complements of Indie Hops. Fermentation is carried out cool with our house lager strain – under pressure as always. Towards the tail end of fermentation a dry hop charge of Crystal is added before cold maturation begins.
