Beer Description
Super fluffy hazy double IPA built with enough oats we almost put quaker out of business. The oats, paired with wheat, give this beer a really soft mouthfeel, good body, and great foam. We hopped this beer hot side with way too many pounds of Cashmere, Amarillo, AND a super rad and fruity experimental New Zealand hop variety from the hop gods @freestylehops . This laid the base for a mega dry hop of Azzaca, Citra, Chinook AND, one of our favorites, Nelson Sauvin. This hop cocktail lends itself to strong aromatics and flavors of passion fruit, red grapefruit zest, gooseberries, a hint of lime leaf, and just a touch of that sauvignon blanc.
