Czech Dark Lager, the fourth and final beer in this year’s Continental Series, releases Nov 1.
This style is defined by a complex malt bill built on Bohemian dark pilsner malt with a mix of specialty malts that enhance its rich cacao and toasted bread flavors. Czech Saaz hops add sliced dried cherry aromas with little to no bitterness and a dry finish that makes it very easy to enjoy. It’s dark, but definitely drinks like a hearty, light lager.
