Beer Description
The West Coast Pilsner is a new style merging a base beer of German Pilsner and the dry hopping of a West Coast IPA. We fermented under pressure to create a traditional carbonation profile and lagered the beer before dry hopping under pressure, to lock in all the flavor and aroma we worked so hard to create. Loaded with Saaz and Citra in the boil and dry hopped with a questionable amount of Simcoe, Citra, Simcoe Cryo and Citra Cryo!
