Beer Description
Supernova is a modern Ipa that combines the super saturated hop character of a hazy Ipa with the clean fermentation character, bitterness, and clarity of a west coast Ipa. A simple grain bill of 2-row barley and some carafoam and hopped aggressively in the kettle with simcoe and talus hops as well as el dorado incognito. Fermented cool on lager yeast and double dry hopped, first with mosaic, then again with idaho gem and strata hops
