Beer Description
A single puncheon of our 2yr Primitive Beer on yellow-fleshed plums, whole green cardamom pods, and naturally conditioning (as always) the fermentation with Alfalfa Honey for brilliant effervescence. The combination of stone fruit, spice, dark honey, and Primitive terroir creates a medley of autumnal flavors reminiscent of spiced cider and peach cobbler, with an understatedly elegant acidity.
