Winter Saison. 2013 Hibernal Dichotomous is a blend of young farmhouse ale and mature barrel-aged beer brewed with lavender, spearmint, and rosemary. Naturally occurring wild yeasts from the Texas Hill Country impart a sense of place to this unfiltered, unpasteurized, 100% bottle conditioned beer.
