Beer Description
We brewed this beer using a traditional single decoction mash which adds more nuanced malt flavor. This beer is reminiscent of lightly toasted sourdough with notes of dried sweet herbs and fresh cut hay.
Harmonic Motion is a German-inspired pilsner brewed with malt from Rabbit Hill Malt in New Jersey and German hops. We brewed this beer using a traditional single decoction mash which adds more nuanced malt flavor.
