Beer Description
Timmermans Kriek Black Pepper is a cherry lambic with a fresh, bright fruit character, a subtle almond-like dryness, and a gentle peppery snap on the finish. Lambic is a traditional Belgian style from the Pajottenland area near Brussels, made by spontaneous fermentation—wild yeasts in the air do the work—resulting in a beer that’s both distinctive and hard to replicate. Serve well chilled (4–6°C / 39–43°F). If you like cherry beers, this is a fun modern twist on a classic.
