Beer Description
Bourgeois Daydreams is a flower growing through cracks in the concrete. Beautiful and welcomed but unexpected in a world full of hard, craggy edges. This version was conditioned on raspberries that were previously used in Levain to add a subtle depth to the flavor profile. Notes of kaffir lime leaves, white flowers, Meyer lemon, spelt, freshly washed linens, a hint of black raspberry, pink lemonade airheads and lemon balm lead to a dry succinct finish.
