Beer Description
The state of the modern IPA may change constantly, but just remember – ALL WE HAVE IS NOW. This 7% westie is our first experiment with Citra and Simcoe 301, a novel process that delivers fresh hop flavor months away from harvest by cryo pelletizing and then freezing. We added to the moment with some Strata, Mosaic, Amarillo, and Idaho 7 hops as well. Punchy aromas of explosive pineapple, mango, and slight cannabis underlie a fresh hop fruit scent. The hop-saturated mouthfeel and dry, pleasant carbonation give way to even more pineapple flavor alongside melon and lime zest. Enjoy the now – it’s all we have.
