Beer Description
Oak-aged, blended spelt sour, brewed with spelt & barley, and aged in neutral oak and Chardonnay barrels from
1-3 years; Named for Demeter, Greek goddess and giver of grain, a piquant, grainy offering to the cult of “She of the Grain”, with notes of minerality, lemongrass, and Sauvignon Blanc. Wonderful, tart and refreshing!
