Beer Description
A mash hop of German Hallertau Mittelfruh, lends a ton of thiols that when fermented and combined with a healthy dry hop of Idaho 7, HBC 630, and El Dorado hops gives this IPA a delightful tropical fruity aroma and taste
Brewed with thiolized cosmic punch yeast from Omega this pilot series beer from Tailspin Brewing is something completely different to your standard NEIPAs. A mash hop of German Hallertau Mittelfruh, lends a ton of thiols that when fermented and combined with a healthy dry hop of Idaho 7, HBC 630, and El Dorado hops gives this IPA a delightful tropical fruity aroma and taste. As always we included flaked wheat and flaked oats to give the base Pilsen malt a robust body and creamy mouthfeel. Limited quantities, so get a pint while it lasts!
