Chaos Theories Imperial Sour Ale w/ watermelon and lime.
Our latest release in our Liquid Light Sour Series is Chaos Theories. Sitting bright and heavy at 9.5%, we kettle-soured the base to a medium tartness, then added real watermelon, lime and lime zest.
The name and label art are inspired by the flow of choice and chance experienced in a psychedelic liquid light show.
