Beer Description
We teamed up with our friends at Garage Project in New Zealand to brew up this West Coast IPA with 100% Nelson Saugvin hops. The goal was to brew something crisp and refreshing, but then let it all hang out in regards to naked Nelson hop expression. A naturalist approach, if you will. To pull this off we layered in some Nelson Cryo, Nelson Hop Kief and three different lots of Nelson T90 across multiple stages using all of the modern hopping techniques in our playbook. Gooseberry, riverstone and passionfruit are laid bare alongside a liberating display of lemongrass, spicy diesel and mango leather. Come join us, we’ve got nothing but our Nelson on.
