Our attempt at one of our favorite beer styles … but still a cider. Fresh pressed West Coast apples, with slightly sour grapefruit zest, and the addition of coriander and sea salt. The ruby red grapefruit comes through in notes of candied sour straws to compliment herbal undertones of coriander and briney SF Bay sea salt. It’s a refreshing choice for a warm summer day. Enjoy our offbeat take on this centuries old beverage. Goseanna!
