We brought in some swanky German floor-malted Pilsner malt for the base of this beer, mixed in some dark caramelized malt from Admiral out in Alameda, and sprinkled in some German black malt, and then cut this very pretty base with unmalted rye
We brought in some swanky German floor-malted Pilsner malt for the base of this beer, mixed in some dark caramelized malt from Admiral out in Alameda, and sprinkled in some German black malt, and then cut this very pretty base with unmalted rye to give it a spicy edge. Our house ale strain and some Green Bullet hops add aromatic intrigue
