Alvarado Street Motor Oil no. 20

10 years & 20 batches of Motor Oil! Everything we’ve learned over the last decade about making stout was poured into this beer. Though not technically a collaboration, over the years we have been lucky enough to work w/ some of the best stout producers in the game. To honor our 10th anniversary, we looked back on all of our past editions & the one that stood out was No. 10 – a blend of freshly brewed Motor Oil & some of our barrel stock, conditioned on vanilla & cacao nibs. This time we took the same approach, but added another layer of complexity w/ toasted coconut. The result is complex, luxurious & decadent. It’s a fitting tribute to our past & present as brewers & a tribute to all of you who have come on this journey with us.
