Craig’s Miata – India Pale Ale (Simcoe/Citra)
ABV: 6% IBU: 35
A hybrid hazy IPA that boasts a great fluffy mouthfeel from flaked oats, malted oats and white wheat malt. While we can’t let you get too soft with your hazy we bombed out the beer with plenty of fresh Simcoe hops and a splash of Citra to create a deep dank resinous hop profile. Oozing with notes of candied grapefruit, sticky resin, pithy citrus with a moderate hop finish Miata is one to sit back after chasing skunks and cruise on waves of West Coast dank with a modern East Coast haaaaaaze.
