New American Classic takes advances in fermentation science, German-inspired brewing techniques, new world hops, and pairs it with a traditional grain recipe to create a modern interpretation of the classic west coast-inspired APA. New school hop character meets classic pale ale bitterness in this 6.5% APA that showcases aromas and flavors of citrus marmalade, lemon/lime zest, and woodsy pine with a snappy bitterness in the finish that draws drinkers back in sip after sip.
