Beer Description
Enjoy this once a year treat celebrating the hop harvest of the Pacific Northwest. We received 300lbs of Strata hops from Crosby Farms in Oregon and threw them all into this 15 barrel brew. Field Trip contains “wet hops”.
Enjoy this once a year treat celebrating the hop harvest of the Pacific Northwest. We received 300lbs of Strata hops from Crosby Farms in Oregon and threw them all into this 15 barrel brew.
Field Trip contains “wet hops”. Typically, after harvesting hops, they are spread over a large kiln and dried at around 140° for hours, to reduce moisture so they don’t rot.
These hops are straight from the field and into our beer in under 24 hours. They produce a fresh, oily, dank, resinous quality unlike any other beer we brew all year.
