Beer Description
For our seasonal summer release, we ’withheld’ some of the alcohol and bitterness to create a sessionable Belgian-style wit beer.
Wit-held is an unfiltered wheat brewed with Belgian pilsner and German pale wheat, finished with hops from the Pacific Northwest and Australia. It has a hazy off-white color, smooth mouthfeel, with a delicate balance of sweetness and orange spice. The finish is crisp, semi-dry and refreshing with very mild hop bitterness.
