Is there a better introduction than that for our three hop series named Total Consciousness?! As you are starting to see, we are working toward the interplay of various hop combinations starting from a number standpoint (1 hop, 2 hop, 3 hop, etc.) but moreover from an attribute of hop to hop. So, for our first run of TC, we are pairing perhaps the two most beloved hops out there, Citra and Mosaic, with a New Zealand hop that compliments so nicely with its lemon-lime characteristic. We were really going for a mango/lemon-lime juicy crushable IPA that turned into melon and passionfruit, yet still very crushable at 6.6%. While we want to be consistent with our ABV, we may go a little bit more Rambo on the next one…by the way, have you seen Rambo lately? We heard he is hunting gopher on the back nine…
